Spring Fever
I think I must have spring fever really bad. I got up this morning with a bug in my bonnet telling me I needed to spring clean my house. I scrubbed my bathrooms, cleaned all the bedrooms. Then went to IKEA with my parents (thanks mom and dad) and bought a new shelf to organize kiddo's toys. Then cleaned all the ceiling fans (including the bathroom fans) and thoroughly vacuumed every inch of my house (including under the rugs, sofa, etc.). I feel like one satified house wife today (ignore the laundry unfolded in the laundry room). Must be the warmer weather...

I hear ya!!! Yesterday I scrubbed my bathroom harder than I have ever scrubbed a bathroom in my whole life. I am SOO ready for spring! BRING ON THE SUN!
I took my kids to the park today and I am totally SUNBURNED! My face is bright red. But I am lovin the warmer weather :)
Thank you so much for your motivating last post. It inspired me to get moving on some much needed housecleaning. My last 8 months have been pretty hectic, as my mother has been diagnosed w/advanced leukemia and certain things have been put on the backburner, like those dreaded ceiling fans. It got me moving in the right direction.
Also, thank you for the mention of the Batcave. My six year old got one for his bday in early Feb and he's just so happy playing w/it. All our family/friends got him pieces that go w/it, and he couldn't be happier. I just admire the work you did in his room. I'm not very artistic like that. I can scraplift like no ones business, but that is true art. Thank you again for your blog. I enjoy reading the cute things you put in there. It's brightened some very dark days.
