Since we aren't sure what we want to do with our home (since we may or may not be living here soon), we wanted to keep our options open. So for the last week I have been busy drafting up plans for our basement. Well, I finished them today, and we submitted them to the city for approval. Hooray!

We should start getting bids next week, then we can start deciding if we want to finish the basement before we move or not. Fun times!

Too bad I don't live next door to you guys. That sounds like a fun little project. Fun little project that we need to do ourselves. One that won't get done for a long time. It is always more fun working on someone else's project.

That's a lot bigger project than ours. Have fun with all that work and expense! Looks good though, like the pocket door and all the closet space.
