Jared's 28th birthday was yesterday (Saturday). He wanted just to lay low, hang out at home, and not do anything. So we did. I managed to arrange a babysitter for two hours though, so we could go out to eat. Turned out to be a great day.
Here is a picture of Jared with his presents. He got a big screen TV, some cereal from his sister, and a mug from his parents (although you can't see the mug because Xander took it and ran behind Jared. If you look really closely you can see Xander behind him)
In the morning Xander and Daddy played peek-a-boo. Xander would throw the blanket over Jared's face, then yank it off, and we would shout "Peek-a-boo" and he would just squeal with delight.

Seeing those bday pictures is so weird. It really makes me sad that we live so far away. Growing up, we did all our bday stuff together. It is weird to not do that anymore. I still have Brandon though. Jared must miss me. Ha ha.
