Meet Oscar

Well, I finally did it! I bought a dog today! His name is Oscar and he is a poodle/dachsund (or doodle). I bought him from a family that is relocating, and can't take their dog with them. He is 2 years old, and house broken already, doesn't bark, and does really well is kids. I just couldn't help it. Here are the pictures:

In other exciting news. My sister Chelsea got engaged. She fell in love with some Redheaded boy who works at Alpha Graphics (named Weston). You can read her blog for a picture of her ring and other fun details.

Another boy in the family. The boys are going to catch up to the girls.

Does Oscar get full Grandparent priveleges?

What a cute dog! Xander looks so cute with him! And what a smart idea-to get one already potty trained! Congratulations Chelsea. Your poor mom, all these girl weddings! Somehow she sails right through it all.

Wow, that is so weird that you got a dog. I guess I just didn't picture that happening for you anytime soon. Xander must be so excited. I can't wait to come and visit and for my kids to get to play with it.

How darling. I didn't even know you wanted a dog. That is so cool. How big is he? What does Xander think of him?

That is a cute dog. Not cuter than Cordi but still very very cute! And Westin's name is spelt with an "i" not an "o". Everybody makes that mistake though
