Then Xander learned how fun it is to color on the sofa. When I pulled out the camera to take a picture he ran over just in time to cheese for the camera (unfortunately since he snuck in at the last minute, his face is over exposed).

Today we made cookies for an Enrichment activity. Xander loved helping, and even better licking the beaters. He got chocolate all over his face. I decided I wanted to take a picture so he laid down on the counter just like the lady taught him to do when we got his 2 year pics taken last week (we don't get those back for a few weeks though). It cracked me up to see him lay down and pose again. I mean the kid is only two. He takes after his Dad, the male model. (For those of you who don't know, Jared modeled as a child. He even won Mr. California when he was 5 by saying that when he grew up he wanted to be a fire truck. It's true. Ask him).

How darling that boy is! What a ham! (Sorry about the couch-been there-done that.) And I can attest to it-not only did he win that pageant by wanting to be a fire truck when he grew up, he also modeled for Adidas.
I guess we all have skeletons in our closets...

I want to see the pictures of Jared! That is awesome! I never knew. And, as I always say, it is never too late to be a firetruck.

What a super cute nephew I have. His masterpiece looks very familiar. Like it belongs on the wall in Kathleen's room. Trouble makers. I guess sometimes it is good we don't live closer. They would get together and color on everything.
