We had a great Christmas today! We were very blessed this year. Here are the new pictures from the past few days:
First of all we got these cool ornaments from Jared's Mom (aka Grandma Lisa). Here is how Xanders turned out (so cute, thanks Lisa).

Next we tried to get Xander to pose for some pictures in his new Sunday Christmas Clothes, this is the best we got.

After church Xander just wanted to cuddle with Dad while I made lunch.

Then early this morning I snuck down and took a picture of our tree after Santa visited us. We were very blessed this year. Thanks Santa.

Although Xander this morning was too stuck in his routine to stop and visit all the cool things at the tree. He went straight for his high chair for breakfast. So we had to feed him before we opened presents.

Finally Xander realizes there are cool things under the tree and comes over to investigate.

Here he is finally catching on to ripping the wrapping paper (this is on his Mega Blocks).

Here he is playing with his Mega Blocks. He didn't want to stop playing to open more presents. So we let him play for a bit until Daddy got to impatient and brought out another gift for him to open.

Xander also got a learning ABC bus. He loves it!

And I think his favorite gift of all, a Basketball hoop.

He couldn't quite figure out that the ball goes in from the top, he kept trying to push it through the bottom for a while. He eventually figured it out.

Here he is playing with the ball.

Here is Jared with his gifts (he got the Superman Collectors Edition DVDs (14 disc set) a coupon to get his ring sized, and a Madden 2007 Wii Game).

Here I am with my gifts. Jared got me the James Bond DVD Collection and Disney Trivial Pursuit.

I think it was the year of the movies, because the family also got X-Men III, Backyardigans Mission to Mars, My Super Ex-Girlfriend, Cars, and Zoolander.

We had a great Christmas!!!! Thank you to all those who sent gifts and are our wonderful family and friends. We love you all and miss you tons! Merry Christmas.

How fun! It is sooo cute to see Xander trying to do the basket ball hoop thing. Spencer did the same thing when he first saw one and played with one at Gymboree back in May of this past year. After he got the hang of it, each week he would spend most of the time at the basket ball hoop a Gymboree that is why we bought him the same basket ball hoop that Xander has! Spencer loves it too!
Glad that you had a good Christmas too!

Wow, it looks like you had a great christmas. I am so glad, although we missed you this year. Kathleen associated chirstmas with "Jared, Heidi and Xander." Too bad. And Brandon wanted to sleep at "Uncle Jared's house." I don't think he realized you weren't in Spokane.
